Refund Policy
Effective date: June 16, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of courses from MLT Academy, a service of MultiLingual Technologies, Inc. (“MLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. All sales are final
Because our courses provide immediate access to digital content and downloadable materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Extenuating circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In limited, documented extenuating circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund. These requests are evaluated case by case, and approval is not guaranteed.
3. Billing errors and access problems
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — or if you are genuinely unable to access the course you purchased and our support team cannot resolve the issue, please contact us and we will make it right, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, or to report a billing or access problem, email jonathan@multilingual-tech.com from the email address used to enroll, and include your order details. Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, so that we can resolve the matter directly and quickly.
5. Your agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
